Refund & Return Policy

Aeme, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://aeme.us (the "Site") and delivers orders to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) only.

Payments for all orders are collected via PayPal and Aeme, LLC provides all tracking information via PayPal Business tools.

All prices of Buubla products and Buubla product bundles include shipping within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Orders are normally dropped off at the mailing office (not limited to USPS Priority Mail®, UPS, FedEx or equivalent service) on the next working day after 4 p.m. following the order day.

Please note that during a strike of mailing offices the deliveries may be delayed by 1-3 working days.

Exchange & Return

All Buubla products have fourteen (14) days right of exchange and return subject to the limitation stated in the terms and conditions of the Aeme, LLC Site.

The right of Exchange & Return only applies to products purchased from the Site. This right also only applies to products which are in original condition including the original undamaged packaging, have not been used, washed and are not damaged or otherwise defected, and where all product labels and codes are still in place.

You must pack the product with care. You must also clearly write the addressee (Aeme, LLC, 12047B 33rd Ave NE,Seattle, WA 98125) on the package. The list of delivery that was sent to you with the delivery shall be put into the package.

Please note that you are responsible for securing that we receive the products. Therefore, you shall ensure that you will receive a receipt from the mailing office. The product shall not be put into a mailbox.

You are also liable for all packaging and delivery costs and payments whatsoever.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must make a new purchase on the product you desire to purchase as you did when you made the original purchase.

Regarding exchange of product, once Aeme, LLC has received the exchanged product, Aeme, LLC compensates the value of the product via PayPal Refund. Delivery costs will be charged once the customer makes a new purchase. A customer is responsible for all delivery costs whatsoever due to exchange.

Notice of Exchange & Return

If a customer wishes to exchange or return a product(s), the customer must notify Aeme, LLC of this right by filling in the Form of Exchange and Return.

Alternatively, the customer have the right to notify Aeme, LLC of decision to cancel the contract or exchange the products in other unambiguous method, such us by sending an e-mail to info @ aeme.us (remove spaces when sending email) or by mail to:

Please note that no right of exchange or return apply prior to Aeme, LLC receiving a notice from the customer and within the aforementioned period.

Effects of cancellation

Should you cancel the contract, Aeme, LLC will return the value of the product(s) (excluding restocking fee equal to delivery costs) to you without delay and in fourteen (14) at the latest (subject to below terms) once we have received the notice of return.

Aeme, LLC will use the PayPal Refund method for returning the amount to you. Notwithstanding the aforementioned Aeme, LLC reserves the right not to return the payment until Aeme, LLC have received the product(s) back or until you have presented to Aeme, LLC a reliable document stating that you have sent the product(s) to Aeme, LLC.

If the value of the returned product(s) has depreciated or become non-vendible due to use, you are liable for the depreciation of the product or the whole value of the product according to the terms and conditions of the Site.
